Kinematyczna analiza przepływów cieczy nieliniowo lepkosprężystych

In the modem rheology of viscoelastic fluids three general ways of approach can be distinguished: 1) an empirical approach, 2) an asymtotic approach applied for slow or retarded motions, 3) a kinematical classification approach for which certain simplified constitutive equations arc derived for particular deformation histories, flow geometries etc. According to the kinematical approach we briefly discuss properties of viscometric flows, flows with constant and proportional stretch histories as well as other more complex flows, including flows with superposed proportional stretch histories. Certain examples of particular classes of flows are discussed in greater detail.
