Mechanizm zniszczenia materiałów z uszkodzeniami

The aim of the paper is to formulate the fracture criterion for damaging solids. To this end the theory of tensor function representations was utilised together with the tensorial damage variable describing the state of the material with the deteriorated structure. This criterion, consisting of the yield criterion for damaging solids and damage evolution law, was used to describe the third stage of creep of metals at elevated temperature. Its validity was verified by employing the experimental results for uniaxial tension of Cr-Mo-V steel et temperature 873K.
