Praktyczne zastosowanie elementów analizy modalnej do dynamicznych badań obrabiarek

The examples of the application of modal analysis in dynamic tests of machine tools have been presented in this paper. For experimentally obtained frequency characteristics the effects of approximation have been shown by the use of the previously described method. It has been proved that the frequency characteristics can be transformed after the approximation in conformity with the principles of the rigid body motion. Finally, the results of tests made on various machine tools have been presented. These tests enabled to indicate the weakest point in the machine.
