Metody określania liczby Biota i współczynnika przejmowania ciepła

In the paper two methods of determination of the Biot number and the heat transfer coefficient are presented. Both methods are based on the Laplacs transform techniques. The first method takes into account a solution of an inverse hsat conduction problem. In order to derive the second method a solution of a problem of the theory of thermal stresses is exploited. Other possibilities of the Biot number determination are also mentioned. Making use of some measuring data, quoted also in other papers, a numerical verification of the first method is made. The results of computation are compared with those obtained by other authors.
