Badania elastooptyczne mieszków kompensacyjnych z pierścieniami wzmacniającymi

Experimental analysis of stress and deformation of the bellows with reinforcing rings, used as compensators of thermal expansion in pipelines has been performed. Using the photoelastic freezing method and models made of epoxy resin the stress distribution, effective stresses, contact zones between the shell and the rings for inner pressure as well as for displacements has been determined.
